Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or announced studio closure days.

Payments & Pricing

All services require full payment upfront prior to the start of any design work.
No designs will be started without confirmed payment.
Prices are subject to change at any time and are effective immediately upon posting on www.rbecklesdesigns.com.
Buy Now, Pay Later payment options are available at checkout.
If you experience difficulty using a payment plan option, please contact us prior to purchase to discuss possible alternatives.

Design Forms & Project Start

A design form will be emailed once your order is placed.
Turnaround time does not begin until the design form has been submitted in full and all required content has been received.

Project Abandonment Policy

To ensure timely completion of all projects:

A La Carte Services

Design forms must be submitted within 3 business days of purchase unless otherwise communicated.

Package Services

Design forms must be submitted within 12 business days of purchase unless otherwise communicated.

Failure to submit required information within the stated timeframe results in cancellation with no refund.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if additional time is needed so we can adjust accordingly.

Client Communication Requirement

Clients must respond to emails or messages containing drafts or updates within 72 hours.
Responses received after 72 hours may result in turnaround time extensions of 1–2 additional business days.

If there is no communication for 14 consecutive days after drafts are sent:

The project will be force finalized
Designs will be delivered as-is
The service will be officially closed
No refunds will be issued

To resume a closed project, a restart fee of 25% of the original service price is required.

Refunds & Cancellations

R Beckles Designs does not offer refunds on design services.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Choosing to work with another designer

If a cancellation is requested after payment has been made:

No refund will be issued unless the issue is due to an error on our behalf.

Drafts & Proofs

Drafts are provided for review and approval purposes only.
Drafts may not be copied, altered, shared, posted, or used in any form.
All draft materials remain the property of R Beckles Designs until final approval.

Revisions Policy

Most services include two (2) free revisions.

Larger Projects (Websites & Packages):

Include three (3) free revisions.

Additional revisions are $10 per revision, unless otherwise stated.

Revisions are limited to ensure projects remain within the stated turnaround timeframe.

Design Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing:

High-quality, professional images
Clear and accurate text content

Please note:

Cell phone photos that are blurry or poorly lit are not acceptable
Snapchat-filtered images or photos with text overlays will not be accepted
Vendor photos and stock photos may appear less professional
All text must be spell-checked and proofread prior to submission
Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not violate copyright laws

Portfolio Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, R Beckles Designs reserves the right to display completed designs for:

Portfolio use
Website display
Social media marketing

Logo Services

Clients should have a general vision, color preference, or style direction prior to purchasing logo services.
Freestyle logos are not eligible for redesigns if they do not align with the client’s expectations.
Final logo files are released after concept approval.

Trademark searches and registration are the responsibility of the client.

Website Design Policies

R Beckles Designs currently designs websites on Wix and Shopify only.
Clients must provide complete and accurate website information.
Turnaround time begins once all required content is received.

Please note:

Domain purchase is not included in website design pricing.
Clients are responsible for purchasing their own domain.
Domain connection is included once purchased.
Pixelated or low-quality product images are not acceptable.

Printing Services

Applicable to business cards, postcards, brochures, banners, and printed materials:

Design-only and print services are available.
All printed items are shipped via UPS.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after print approval.

Due to printing processes:

Color variations may occur
Screen colors may differ from printed results

Once print approval is given, R Beckles Designs is not responsible for:

Typos
Incorrect information
Color differences
Errors approved by the client

Turnaround Times

Design services: 7–14 business days
Web design & branding packages: 14–30 business days

Turnaround time excludes:

Weekends
Holidays
Studio closure days

Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Policy Agreement

A copy of this policy will be emailed once your order is placed. The policy must be signed and dated before any design work begins.
